hey GHKING- i have never done gh yet i hear alot about it and i am basically the only one out of my boys who lifts like crazy and i heard its good for lifting whats the deal with the GH :pullup:

Mastering a Monster(in my basement) with my favorite pass out medicine.
Monster working out while I am in heavy G sleep(in my basement of course)
Tempts master bobybuilder just waking up from too much G in the Emergency Room. Notice his monster of the night came to the hospital for true afterhours mastering. On the right we have a true master who had too much salty water and is enjoying some needed G sleep. Expect him to be up and running in 3 hours acting like he slept for 12.

King of: carried out, mirror flexing, my own testosterone induced, built to the max, 100% of my free time devoted to the gym, get really pissed when I miss a day at World Gym in Paramus Guido muscles, twitching my delts inside a club to intimidate other juiceheads, picking up young naive guidettes at horrendous shore clubs, 45 to 90 degree flexing while holding a cup filled with OJ and salt water tasting G, pomade(made by Crew) stuffed in a business card in my pocket(just in case my guido master hair gets messed up because of some horny guidette touching it for the fifth time in 2 minutes), 5 X a week tanning, sculpting my pecs, and mastering cell phone capacity.

Da Northern Bergen County Scoopmaster Returns...
Fans, RRR has been out of the loop for awhile after passing out at Tempts and cracking his head on some guidette monster's stilleto heel. That was the worst G induced incident since my cousin Nico hit on one of those drags queens at Metro after doing G for the first time.
RRR made it to Djais this past Friday before hitting Tempts on Sat. and cracking his head. Rumor has it that RRR was spotted, but WITHOUT a gum crewing hair spray drenched guidette monster on his arm.
Sadly, RRR was dissed. The newly tanned freak who was supposed to accompany RRR at Djais on Friday came down with a case of "guidette-itis". Too much silicone, too many bumps and scoops, and too much makeup made for a lethal combo on this tramp's body. Lets hope she recovers soon and gets back in da swing of things with us.
But there is a happy ending to this tale, RRR was there alone, and he ran into Hyena-face Garducci and the Sherminator (aka NJ WASP) and showed the boys how to pick up some Djais trash. As the night wore on and the scoops kept coming, RRR passed out with two pieces of South Jersey trash who called themselves guidettes.

To Whom it May Concern at GHRRRGG Industries,
My chemists and I have been with our grandmothers at our bathtubs around the clock. I have equiped my self with large breast implants, many wads of gum, and all the monsterness one irish-guidette can handle. I believe that through all this work I have come up with the perfect mix!!!
I took two scoops of Vito's Sainted Mix, two scoops of Raisins, and two scoops of Corned Beef and Cabbage Twat. After the smoke cleared and I gave grandma her difribuation, I saw my beautiful IHGHRRGG mix and it was wonderful. I just did 47 scoops and my mouth started foaming uncontrollably.
I am now donning my neon green brazilian cut bikini and I have 24 sticks of DoubleMint in my mouth. Please contact me for more information about the merger.

Goddamn Classic
I need some G right now
RRR-
I have finally awoken from a 9 year long g nap resulting from Grandma's passed out in the bathtub while fistpumping from some of Vito's finest megamix, part deux. The surprising thing about it was all the while my monsterous guido sandwhich from Giovanni's in Secaucus, home of the world's best fresh mozzarella, remained by my side, fresh and untouched. My buldging muscularity remained as a result of my g-nap, and i still have the worlds largest calves. During my g-nap i found out that i got married and have 2 daughters, yet remained unconscious during all of this. I now live in a large home as opposed to a small apartment near Mondo Music where everyone used to hangout in a guido circle.. Can't wait to go to Joey's this Friday to flex my massive peaks. I will be the new King of Carryout at Tempts come July, they should film me and my crew all summer and air it on MTV, it would be a groundbreaking new show. I will call Carson Daly now. My guido sweat smells like Jakar. I am wearing a sleeveless A/X shirt with Diesel kicks, no pants right now. GHKing and Monsterguido seem to have fallen off the face of the earth, we must pick up the slack.
